- Time of implementation: Expected from December 16, 2011 to December 26, 2011.

- Object of the issue: The staff key according the list by the BOD approval

- Issue value: VND10,000/ share

- Time and rate of transfer:

• Shares issued to the Company’s employees will be restricted in one year from the issuing date

• If any employee resigns, the shares restricted to transfer will be bought back by the Company for the treasury stock
