1. Receiving the transfer of shares from founding shareholders of FLC Golf and Resort JSC

- Receiving the transfer of 100,000,000 shares with total value of VND 100,000,000,000 (62.50% of charter capital of FLC Golf and Resort JSC) from Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen Trang is founding shareholder

- Time of transfer: 09/12/2011

2. Mr. Trinh Van Quyet is representative for capital contribution of FLC Group JSC at FLC Golf and Resort JSC.
