DCC: Delisting shares

Industry Construction Corporation (HOSE: DCC) will be delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE), according to Decision No.175/2011/QD-SGDHCM dated December 06, 2011:

- Delisting volume: 10,300,000 shares

- Total delisting value: VND103,000,000,000

- Effective delisting date: December 15, 2011

Reason: The company seriously violated regulations on information disclosure.
