On November 17, 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange allowed Viet Nam Dairy Products JSC (HOSE: VNM) to repurchase VNM shares from the employees who left the Company:

- Company: Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company (Vinamilk)

- Stock symbol: VNM

- Volume registered to buy back: 12,230 shares

- Purpose: To buy back shares from the employees who left the Company

- Source: The surplus capital and undistributed profit

- Trading method: Put through

- Trading period: From November 18, 2011 to December 31, 2011.
