On November 11, 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange allowed Viet Nam Dairy Products JSC (HOSE: VNM) to repurchase VNM shares from the employees who left the Company:

• Stock symbol: VNM

• Number of treasury shares currently: 111,420 shares

• Number of shares registered to buy back: 75,390 shares

• Purpose: To buy back shares from the employees who left the Company

• Source: The surplus capital and undistributed profit

• Trading method: Put through

• Trading period: From November 14, 2011 to February 12, 2012.
