1. Plan for capital restructure of Vietway Member Company in line with demand of some airlines on appointment of General Freight and Passenger Agent

2. Plan of Vector Member Company for developing foreign network

3. Paying dividend in cash for stage I/2011 with rate 10%

4. Salary fund of 2011.
