Violation of information disclosure requirement of the insider trading in PVC Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment JSC (HOSE: PTL) as follows:

PetroVietnam Joint Stock Finance Corporation (PVFC), major shareholder of PTL was late in reporting the trading result of PTL stock after registering to trade on September 01, 2011.
