PVC Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment JSC (HOSE: PTL) announces the record date to close shareholder list:
- Stock symbol: PTL
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Ex-right date: December 07, 2011
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on December 07 & 08, 2011 sellers will not receive the rights)
- Record date: December 09, 2011
- Dividend pay-out ratio: 4%/ par value (VND400/ share)
- Purpose: To make the first dividend payment for 2011
