PRUBF1: Business Information changes announcement

On November 15, 2011, in Kuala Lumpur, Prudential announced a new brand name for asset management operations in Asia, part of Prudential Corporation Asia. Prudential Vietnam Fund Management Company (PVFMC) will be changed to Eastspring Investments in early next year:

- Eastspring Investments will replace the name of Prudential Vietnam Fund Management Company in Vietnam market, as well as Prudential’s business names in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, United Arab Emirates. The new brand will not apply to joint venture operations in China and India, or in Hong Kong through BOCI-Prudential.
