NET: Board resolution

Net Detergent JSC (HNX: NET) announces the Board resolution approved on 21/10/2011 as follows:

- Agreeing with the Unilever’s proposal for expending and increasing capacity of the Company’s Hanoi branch from 45,000 tons to 75,000 tons per year

- Signing records between NET and Unilever of Unilever’s assets which are located and used at NET

- Management Board continues to work with relevant authorities to complete legal documents on land use rights at the branch in Ho Chi Minh City and ask for policy of 51% ownership to implement

- Agreeing with Management Board’s proposal to Promote NET products in Vietnam market and aboard. Management Board is assigned to calculate reasonable expenses for these.
