KSB: Resolution on an additional issuance

Binh Duong Mineral and Construction JSC (HOSE: KSB) announced a resolution of the Board of Directors on new stock issuance:

Article 1: Approving a plan to issue bonus shares to existing shareholders:

- Stock type: Common stock

- Par value: VND10,000

- Expected exercise ratio: 1: 0.68226 (Each shareholders owning 01 shares will receive 0.68226 new shares)

- Issue volume: 7,300,000 shares

- Total value: VND73,000,000,000

- Charter capital after issue shares: VND180,000,000,000

- Objects: The shareholders are in the list at record date

- Financial resource: Other capital of owner, Development and investment funds

- The bonus share volume will be rounded to units. The fractional parts (If any) will be cancelled

- Time of implementation: Expected in Quarter 4/2011
