KDC: The foreign room decreased from 49% to 34.66%
Pursuant to Official Document No.3968/UBCK-PTTT dated 11/23/2011 by the State Securities Commission about recording the foreign room of KDC stock at a level of 34.66% by November 24, 2011 to ensure that foreign investors can buy all shares issued in the coming private offering of 20,000,000 common shares,
Pursuant to Official Document No.6403/VSD-DK by the Vietnam Securities Depository dated 11/24/2011 about adjusting the foreign room of KDC stock from 49% to 34.66%,
Time to adjust the foreign room will be from November 25, 2011. Moreover, because the foreign room of KDC stock on November 24, 2011 was 38.88%, higher than the suggestion of Kinh Do Corporation (34.66%), foreign investors just can sell KDC stock as from November 25, 2011. Foreign investors can restart buying when the foreign room decreases below 34.66%.
In summary, the ownership limit for foreign investors to KDC stock will be adjusted from 49% to 34.66% as from November 25, 2011.
