HPR: Board resolution
Hong Phat Construction Investment JSC (HNX: HPR) announces Board Resolution approved on 27/10/2011 as follows:
I. Approving the report on operating results of first 10 months of 2011. Bonus for the Company for extra plan profit: VND10,000,000. Request the Corporation to reward the Company: VND30,000,000
II. Relating to the MDF production factory to be located in Quang Ngang Industrial Zone, adjusting the productivity of the factory from 100,000m2 to 120,000m2. The designing and construction will last 2 years. The factory is expected to operate in late 2013
III. Relating to Formaline producing workshop, address difficulities for the approval of the project
IV. Deal with bad debts
V. Recalculating the distribution of profit, salary fund to reserve for 2012.
VI. Approving the following items:
a. Buying equipment to supplement heat energy for MDF Fatory: VND1,500,000,000
b. Using the price of 2011 to adjusting the tree planting project
c. Reparing the office building of the Company.
