HDG: Shareholder ownership changes

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of a major shareholder:

Ms. Nguyen Thuy Chi, a major shareholder of Ha Do Group JSC (HOSE: DHG), sold 3,337,364 HDG shares on October 06, 2011 and decreased the owning ratio to 0%, so the Company had not to report transactions as a major shareholder.
