EIB: Bonus issuance to the existing shareholders

HOSE announced the record date to close shareholder list of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (HOSE: EIB):

- Stock symbol: EIB

- Stock type: Common stock

- Par value: VND10,000

- Ex-right date: November 28, 2011

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on November 28 & 29, 2011, sellers will not receive rights)

- Record date: November 30, 2011

- Purpose: To make issue bonus shares to the existing shareholders.

Issuing bonus shares to the existing shareholders:

- Issue volume: 179,521,168 shares

- Exercise ratio: 17% (A shareholder owning 100 shares will receive 17 bonus shares)

- The volume receive will be rounded to units.

For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 151 shares, the calculation will be: 151 shares x 17/100 = 25.67 bonus shares. After rounding down, the number of dividend he receives will be 25 bonus shares
