CSM: Resolution of the BOD

The Southern Rubber Industry JSC (HOSE: CSM) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated October 19, 2011:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved that the selling price of 10,000,000 shares issued to the existing shareholders would be VND10,000/share

Article 2: The issue time: From QIV/2011 to QI/2012

Article 3: The Board of Directors approved the registration documents for share issue to submit it to the State Securities Commission.
