CAD: Business Operational Announcement

Cadovimex Seafood Import-Export and Processing JSC (HOSE: CAD) has announced the change in the capital contribution ratio in subsidiary Cadovimex II:

According to Cadovimex II’s business license, registered to change for the seventh time dated April 28, 2011, Cadovimex II’s charter capital is VND82,991,720,000, and the capital contribution ratio of Cadovimex Seafood Import-Export and Processing JSC is VND40,866,000,000, equivalent to 49.24%, lower than the old ratio of 51%.
