• Bond name: Convertible bond of Vinafco Joint Stock Corporation

• Currency unit: VND

• Issued volume: 1.5 million

• Term: 01 year

• Interest: 8%/year

• Par value: VND100,000/Bond

• Issue date: September 30, 2010

• Conversion date: September 30, 2011

• Total value of bonds converted into common shares: VND140 billion, equivalent to 14 million shares (Par value: VND10,000/share). The remaining VND10 billion will be paid to bondholders in cash.

• Charter capital before converting bonds into shares: VND200 billion.

• Charter capital after converting bonds into shares: VND340 billion.
