Until 4:00pm, October 19, 2011 – the ended time of registering the auction and depositing to buy shares of the Truong Thinh Investment Construction Company Limited there was 01 investor to join the auction. Therefore, basing on Article 13 of Decision No.17/2011/QD-SGDHCM issued on September 29, 2011 about the auction regulation of selling the State-owned capital in Truong Thinh Investment Construction Company Limited, the auction could not be organized.
