HDC: Resolution of the Shareholders’ Meeting
Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development JSC (HOSE: HDC) (Hodeco) announced the resolution of the Shareholders’ Meeting dated October 03, 2011, which was organized under the form of consulting shareholders in writing about adjusting business targets for 2011:
1. Adjusting business targets for 2011:
• Production: VND650 billion
• Revenue: VND450 billion
• Profit after tax: VND120 billion
2. Dividend rate for 2011: Keep 30%, according to the Resolution of Shareholders’ Meeting dated March 29, 2011.
