DC4: Report on use of proceeds
DIC No.4 JSC (HNX: DC4) reports the use of proceeds in the issue approved by the SSC as follows:
1. Information on result of the issue:
- Number of shares issued: 2,860,004 shares (100% of number of shares to be issued)
- Proceeds: VND 37,403,850,900, including:
+ VND 33,124,550,900 from stock offering
+ VND 4,279,300,000 from dividend payment by share with exercise rate of 20%
- Total cost: VND 80,550,000, including:
+ Consulting fees: VND 60,000,000
+ Auditing fees: VND 20,000,000
+ Share distribution fees: VND 550,000
- Net proceeds from the issue: VND 37,323,300,900
2. Use of proceeds
- 08/2011: Disbursementing for Tam Phuoc Industrial zone 1: VND 1,719,738,258.
