ASP: The BOD’s resolution

An Pha Pertroleum Group JSC (HOSE: ASP) has informed items in the BOD’s resolution as follows:

• The BOD approved the change company address from 06 Nguyen Khac Vien, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, HCMC to D1-14 My Giang 2, Tan Phong Ward, District, HCMC

• Adjustment article 3 of the regulation as follow: Address of head office is D1-14 My Giang 2, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, HCMC

• The decision is valid as from October 15, 2011.
