VKP: Information disclosure violation

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of a major shareholder:

Ms. Tran Cam Truoc, bought 75,000 VKP shares on January 12, 2011 to increase the owning ratio to 5.28%and she became a major shareholder of Viky Plastic JSC (HOSE: VKP) without announcement. Besides, Ms. Tran Cam Truoc, bought 213,830 VKP shares from January 14, 2011 to June 16, 2011 without announcement.
