VIC: Vincom buys shares of Hoang Gia City Co.

On August 30, 2011, Vincom JSC (HOSE: VIC) approved to receive a transfer of 48 million shares or 15% stake in Hoang Gia City Real Estate Investment and Development JSC

After completing procedures of transfer, Vincom will increase its holding in Hoang Gia City Company to 73.48%.
