Korea Exchange Bank Hanoi Branch allowed to increase charter capital
The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document No. 6899/NHNN-TTGSNH on September 1st to allow the Hanoi Branch of the Korea Exchange Bank to increase its charter capital to USD 67 million from USD 15 million.
The Korea Exchange Bank Hanoi Branch is responsible for recapitalization, and registering and publicizing its new charter capital in accordance with law .
It should send a report on the completion of recapitalization to the SBV (SBV Hanoi Branch) for the new charter capital adjustment in License No. 298/NH-GP dat ed August 29, 1998. In addition, t he Bank should commit to comply with Directive No.01/CT-NHNN of the SBV dated March 1 st , 2011.
