DLG: Explanation for business result in QII/2011

Duc Long Gia Lai Group JSC (HOSE: DLG) explained the fluctuation in profit after tax between Quarter II/2011 and Quarter II/2010:

In Quarter II/2011, the Company’s profit after tax was VND18,669,318,158 decreasing 46.05%, equivalent to VND15,937,065,742, from Quarter II/2010. The reason is in Quarter II/2011 the Company’s profit mainly came from bridges, fertilizer, and selling apartments. However, in Quarter II/2011, profit from selling fertilizer and works decreased, and there was not any income from selling apartments, so profit reported in the financial statements of Quarter II/2011 was lower than profit in Quarter II/2010.
