DCL: Designation of DCL for information disclosure

On September 15, 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange had Announcement No.808/2011/TB-SGDHCM to put the stock of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical JSC (HOSE: DCL) as a designated stock.

- Stock DCL of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation has been designated as of September 19, 2011 according to Decision No.141/2011/QD-SGDHCM dated September 15, 2011 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange

Reason: The Corporation violated Point 1.1d, Provision 19a of the Securities Listing Regulations in the Hochiminh Stock Exchange promulgated with Decision No.04/QD-SGDHCM dated April 17, 2009.
