On September 22, 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange had Announcement No.823/2011/TB-SGDHCM to allow of the trading of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical JSC (HOSE: DCL) to be traded again but put under control:

• Stock of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation will be traded under control as of September 26, 2011 according to Decision No.146/2011/QD-SGDHCM.

• Trading time of DCL: Only 15 minutes of the closing periodic order-matching session.
