On September 14, 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Announcement No.807/2011/TB-SGDHCM on the pause in trading of stock of Industry Construction Corporation (HOSE: DCC):

• Suspending the in trading of stock of Industry Construction Corporation as from September 16, 2011 under Decision 140/2011/QD-SGDHCM by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange on September 13, 2011

• Reason: Industry Construction Corporation violated the information disclosure regulations.
