Sonadezi Long Thanh (HOSE: SZL) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on share buyback as follows:

• The Board of Directors unanimously approved that the Company would repurchase shares with a maximum not over 10% of the listed shares and within 03 months

• Effective date: July 26, 2011.
