SDH: QII/2011 Operating explaination

According to the Financial Statement Quarter II/2011, profit after tax is VND billion 82 with a decrease VND billion 3.42 compared to Quarter II/2010. Song Da Infrastructure Construction JSC (HNX: SDH) explained the decrease in operating result in QII/ 2011 as follows:

- The effect of critical time of global economy and high national inflation; cost of construction change unpredictable; difficulty of borrow capital for operating; short of capital of project owners make slow down progress of projects;

- Banking interests were very high that cause financial expenses increase (VND billion 4.63);

- The important projects have not stared until the end of 6/2011 such as Yen Phong II industrial area, Mo Lao urban area (In cooperation with Booyoung Corporation – Korea, VND billion 400), uncased piles of buildings of lot A10 and A14 in Nam Trung Yen resettlement area – Cau Giay, Hanoi (VND billion 100).
