DXG: The record date for an additional issuance
HOSE announces the record date to issue new shares of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation (HOSE: DXG) as follows:
- Stock symbol: DXG
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND10,000
- Ex-right date: September 12, 2011
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on September 12 & 13, 2011, sellers will not receive the right)
- Record date: September 14, 2011
- Purpose: To offer new shares to the existing shareholders
- Exercise ratio: 16:10 (A shareholder owning 01 share will get 01 right, and owning every 16 rights will be entitled to buy 10 new shares). The number of shares offered to existing shareholders will be rounded to units. The fractional parts and undistributed shares will be offered to other objects by the Board of Directors at a price not less than the one offered to the existing shareholders
For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 30 shares. Therefore, shareholder A will have the right to buy 18 new shares

- Expected issue volume: 10,000,000 shares
- Time to transfer rights: From September 26, 2011 to October 14, 2011
- Rights to buy shares are transferred only once
- The new shares are transferable
- Time to register and deposit money to buy shares: From September 26, 2011 to October 21, 2011.
