DHC: The record date for a new share offering
Dong Hai JSC of Bentre (HOSE: DHC) announces the record date for implementing rights to buy additional shares:
- Stock symbol: DHC
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND10,000
- Ex-right date: August 29, 2011
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 29 & 30, 2011, sellers will not receive rights)
- Record date: August 31, 2011
- Offering new shares to existing shareholders.
Implementing rights to buy additional shares:
- Exercise ratio: 10: 3 (A shareholder owning 01 share will receive 01 right, 10 rights will be entitled to buy 03 new shares)
- Issue price: VND10,000/share
- The number of shares offered to existing shareholders will be rounded to units. The fractional parts and undistributed shares will be offered to other objects by the Board of Directors at a price not less than the one offered to the existing shareholders.
For example: For example, at the record date, shareholder A holds 07 shares. The number of shares in theory is 2.1 shares. However, after the stock shares are rounded down to units, he will be thus entitled to purchase 02 new shares.
- The new shares are transferable.
- Rights to buy shares are transferred only once.
- Time to transfer rights: From September 15, 2011 to October 10, 2011
- Time to register to buy shares: From September 15, 2011 to October 14, 2011.
