CMG: BOD Resolution on credit limits in some banks

On July 29, 2011, the Board of Director of CMC Corporation (HOSE: CMG) announced the credit limits in some banks as follows:

• Total credit limit in Military Bank – Hoan Kiem Branch: VND815,000,000,000. This credit limit will be distributed to CMC Corporation’s subsidiaries

• Total credit limit in An Binh Bank – Ha Noi Branch: VND370,000,000,000, including: credit limit: VND220 billion; Guarantee limit: VND150 billion. This credit limit will be distributed to CMC Corporation’s subsidiaries.
