ABT: The BOD’s resolution of buying back shares

Bentre Aquaproduct Import and Export JSC (HOSE: ABT) has announced the BOD’s resolution of buying back shares as follows:

Article 1: Buying back shares:

- Volume registered to buy: 1,360,720 shares

- Purpose: Stabilize share price

- Capital: the capital surplus until July 31, 2011

- Expected trading time: Within 60 days after HOSE approval.

- Trading method: Put through and order matching

Article 2: The license is valid as from August 05, 2011.
