VIC: CEO’s Decision No.07

On July 04, 2011, the CEO of Vincom Joint Stock Company (HOSE: VIC) had Decision No.07/2011/QD-TGD-VINCOM JSC on receiving the share transfer in Royal City Company from Ecological Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (*) as follows:

• Transferor: Ecological Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (*)

• Transferred volume: 20,800,000 shares, equivalent to VND208,000,000,000, accounting for 6.5% of charter capital of Royal City Company.

• Stock type: Common stock

• Par value: VND10,000/share

After completing the transfer procedures, Vincom Joint Stock Company will increase its owning ratio to 58.48% of charter capital of Royal City Company.
