TTP: Resolution on dividend payment
The Board of Directors of Tan Tien Plastic Packaging JSC (TAPACK) (HOSE: TTP) unanimously approved the following articles:
• Article 1: Paying the first dividend installment of 2011 in cash and at 10% (VND1,000/share). Record date: August 10, 2011
• Article 2: This resolution takes effect from July 25, 2011.
