TRA: Withdrawing the resigned employees’ shares

Traphaco Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TRA) would like to announce the withdrawal of shares from the resigned employee and will use them as treasury shares:

• Stock code: TRA

• Number of treasury shares before withdrawal: 443 shares

• Withdrawal volume: 2,160 shares

• Purpose: To withdraw bonus shares issued to the resigned employees in 2007 and 2009.

• Trading method: Via the Vietnam Securities Depository.

• Trading period: From July 28, 2011 to August 28, 2011.
