TPC: Violation of information disclosure of an major shareholder

Violation of information disclosure requirement of the insider trading in Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TPC) as follows:

• Mr. Nguyen Huu Phu – a member of the BOD  was late in reporting the trading result of TPC stock after registering to trade on March 03, 2011. 

• Mr. Nguyen Huu Tam (Son of Mr. Nguyen Huu Phu – a member of the BOD)  was late in reporting the trading result of TPC stock after registering to trade on March 03, 2011.
