LienViet Bank changes its name
The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 1633/QD-NHNN on July 22 to permit the Lien Viet Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (LienVietBank) to change its name into the LienViet Post Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (LienViet Post Bank or LPB).
The LienViet Post Bank is responsible for registering and publicizing its new name and amending related articles of its Charter in accordance with law.
The Decision took effect on the date of signing and is an integral part of License No.91/GP-NHNN dated March 28, 2008.
