HAG: HAGL collects money from selling convertible bonds
On July 15, 2011, Northbrooks Investments (Mauritius) Pte Ltd, a investment firm directly under Temasek Holdings (Singapore), completed the settlement of convertible bonds bought from HAGL JSC (HOSE: HAG), worth VND1,130 billion.
These bonds mature on July 15, 2015. Bondholders can comply with procedures to extend the bond maturity.
