NTB: Explanation for business result in Q1.2011

Transport Engineering Construction & Business Investment Stock Company 584 (TECBIS 584 JSC) explained the fluctuation in business result in Quarter 1/2011 compared to Quarter 1/2010:

- Profit before tax in Quarter 1/2011: (4,623,023,136)

- Profit before tax in Quarter 1/2010: 24,095,579,797

- Difference: (28,718,602,933)

- Difference ratio: -119.19%

Reason: Profit before tax in Quarter 1/2011 decreased because net revenue in Quarter 1/2011 was lower than in Quarter 1/2010. In Quarter 1/2011, some projects was transferred, and some projects have been under construction, so the progress of collecting money in Quarter 1/2011 decreased sharply from the same period of 2010. Besides, because of the current difficulties of the property market from early 2011, the sale plan in Quarter 1/2011 was also down compared to Quarter 1/2010.
