LCG: The record date for bonus shares to existing shareholders
HOSE announces the record date to close shareholder list for bonus shares to existing shareholders of LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company (HOSE: LCG) as follows:
- Stock symbol: LCG
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND10,000
- Ex-right date: June 17, 2011
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on June 17 & 20, 2011, sellers will not receive the right)
- Record date: June 21, 2011
- Exercise ratio: 50% (a shareholder owning 02 old shares will get 01 bonus share).
- The bonus share volume will be rounded to units. The fractional parts (If any) will be bought by the company at the price of VND10,000/share.
For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 123 shares, the calculation will be: 123 x 50% =61,5 shares. Therefore, he will receive 61 shares and in cash VND5,000= 0.5 shares*10,000.
- Rights to buy shares are not transferred.
- Payment date: July 06, 2011

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
