GDT: Resolution of the Board of Directors
Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company (DTWOODVN) (HOSE: GDT) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated June 14, 2011:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the dividend payment plan for the first settlement of 2011: 10% (VND1,000 for a share), in cash.
Article 2: Mr. Le Tan Loc still continues his part time job as a consultant of the Directorate.
