- Number of shares transferred: 4,320,000 shares

- Transfer price: VND11,000/share

- Total proceeds: VND47,520,000,000

- Transferee: Ms. Tran Thi Anh Nguyet

- From 17/5/2011, the Company assumes no rights and obligations relating to DABACO Hau River JSC
