VES: Violation of information disclosure of inside shareholder

Violation of information disclosure requirement of the insider trading in Meca Vneco Investment and Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company (HOSE: VES) as follows:

Mr. Ho Van Quang, Head of the Supervisory Board of Meca Vneco Investment and Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company, was late in reporting the trading result of GMD stock after registering to trade on December 14, 2010.
