SIC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2011
Song Da Investment - Development JSC (HNX: SIC) has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 25/04/2011. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Operating results of 2010 :
- Production: VND168.300billion
- Revenue: VND123.896billion
- Profit before tax: VND20.964billion
- Payables to the State: VND9.282billion
2. Profit distribution and Dividend payment 2010:
- Profit after tax: VND17,116,307,913
- Setting up Funds: VND5,116,316,914
+ Investment and Development Fund: VND3,404,686,122
+ Financial Reserve Fund: VND855,815,396
+ Bonus and Welfare Fund: VND855,815,396
- Dividend payment in cash: 15% of charter capital (VND11,999,991,900)
3. Reports of the BOD and Supervisory Board 2010, and remuneration for the BOD and Supervisory Board:

+ Remuneration for Supervisory Board: VND48million

6. Amendment in company’s charter.
7. Mr. Nguyen Quang Tuyen has been appointed Director.
