HOSE announces the NVT cancels the capital contribution & changes Deputy CEO as follows:

1. Canceling the investment in Dong Anh Company:

- Ninh Van Bay Real Estate Joint Stock Company (HOSE: NVT) has decided cancelled the engagement of capital contribution and not to invest in Dong Anh Tourist Service Joint Stock Company (*):

+ Number of shares registered to buy: 675,000 shares (45% of charter capital of Dong Anh)

+ Par value: VND10,000/share

+ Total capital engaged to contribute: VND67,500,000,000.

+ Total capital contributed: 0.

Reason: Dong Anh Tourist Service Joint Stock Company stopped executing Nam Hong Ecological Tourist Zone, Dong Anh, Ha Noi city.

2. Personnel change:

Ninh Van Bay Real Estate Joint Stock Company has approved the resignation of Ms. Do Thi Thu from Deputy CEO as of June 01, 2011.
