• Appointing Mr. Uong Tien Thinh as Deputy Chairman of BOD

• Appointing Mr. Lim Chun Soo as Deputy Chairman of BOD

• Appointing Mr. Oh Kyung Hee as a member of the Board of Directors

• Appointing Mr. Park Won Sang as a member of the Board of Directors

• Appointing Mr. Kim Jung Kwan as a member of the Board of Directors
