VNL: Resolution on the third interim dividend

Vinalink International Freight Forwarders (HOSE: VNL) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the dividend payment as follows:

Article 1: Vinalink will pay the third interim dividend of 2010:

• Payment rate: 10% for 9,000,000 outstanding shares (Equivalent to an amount of VND9,000,000,000)

• Record date: April 29, 2011

• Estimated payment date: May 18, 2011.

Article 2: This amount will be withdrawn from the Company’s profit 2010.
